Where and what time will i get picked up?

Pick up points are in hotels or the next door resort. Pick up starts at 09:30 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.

How far are the pick up points?

Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private BnB’s?

Not exactly, however we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

In which language is the Excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?

Balance is paid at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using credit card or cash.

Yes , when the boat has docked and water activities are activated customers are allowed to jump in from the back of the boat.

We recommend comfortable clothing , hats, sunglasses, beach towels, swimming costumes if you desire to swim and a change of clothes.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour ?

Yes as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant they can join us.
