The agent seated inside thePlaya Blanca Port kiosk located in front of Popeye’s Sports Bar was downright rude and should not be working with tourists. His verbally aggressive behaviour was both shocking and unnecessary. For clarification, the incident relates to the bearded, sunglass-wearing gentleman working at the kiosk on 18 December at 11.23am. We were first time visitors to Lanzarote, had only arrived in Playa Blanca the previous evening and were looking to book several excursions. Due to his most bizarre outburst, we walked further along the promenade and dealt with an English lady at an alternative kiosk who could not have been more helpful.
When you need to change voucher for a ticket, allicate a lot of time for finding the office, it is not as stated on the map.
We booked the visit to Costa Teguise at the Ticket direct Excursions box office in October 2024. We met Peggy, a very nice girl who also spoke Italian, which is rare in Lanzarote. She was very helpful, explained everything clearly and left us her telephone number in case we needed it. Indeed, after the excursion (Timanfaya National Park) I contacted her for a need, and she immediately responded to me and solved the problem. Truly TOP. Thanks Peggy! Excellent service!
I really recommend this office. Sam made a mistake and wrote on the ticket wrong houre od bus and I cannot go for the boat trip. I ask him what heppend and he checked that it was his foult. Hi did his best to organise trip NEXT day, and it was amazing sunset trip.

Having had contact with “Sami”, the latter advises customers at the top! Several languages are spoken by the seller. This is a great asset! 👍The prices are much more advantageous than going through the hotel or a third party company. The prices are identical to those offered by the excursion. The person who runs this place is unpleasant, rude and impertinent. We approached him so he could explain to us what the submarine excursion consisted of, what we would see and the route taken and he spoke to us quite bluntly, giving us only the details of the price, schedules and pick-up arrival; After asking him again to give us a little more information, his response was the same and just as unpleasant and without clarifying what we were going to see.It wasn't too much to ask that, in addition to the price and schedule, he told us what the submarine route consisted of.Customer and commercial service, terrible!

The Sunday excursion to the Teguise market and to La Graciosa should last 6.5 hours according to the brochure. Make no mistake, it takes 11 hours from Playa Blanca because you spend hours and hours on the bus picking people up from hotels. This was very disappointing to us.The places are definitely worth visiting, but I advise everyone to rent a car or use public transport.

We did a 4 hour boat trip with Katfish cruises and would highly recommend. Absolutely stunning scenery, great bbq food (ribs and steak!), perfect spots to swim and a great crew (Nacho and Davide).
Thank you Sami for recommending to book on the “I LOVE PAPAGAYO” catamaran trip for my girlfriends birthday. We had fresh pasta and paella and cold mojito and draught beer. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing day at sea. 5 starts from me and Lucy. 👍🏻
Awesome guy!! Made mine and my partners holiday amazing he sorted all the excursions and made sure we got the best deals for what we wanted to do on the island! He arranged quad biking, swimming with sea lions and venturing the grand tour of the island seeing the beautiful volcanos! 🌋 Even sorted us when we couldn’t make it to a couple of them and switched the dates for us at no extra cost with a smile and made it such easy process giving us no worries on our holiday!
