Am i guaranteed to see anything?

Put simply, yes! The area is home to a wide range of fish of all shapes and sizes. Each day is unique, and we cannot guarantee what types of fish we will see, but you will always see a lot!

I get ear infections , is it recommended for me to go do Sea Trekking?

The helmets we use for Sea Trekking are special and dont let water in and they also cover your ears so people are safe from ear infections.

Can pregnant women go on the submarine?

No, this is strictly forbidden because of pressure changes, so unfortunately pregnant women are not allowed, head over to our Submarine Safaris for this case.

I get claustrophobic and scared to go under water, what is the experiance like ?

This activity is very easy and confortable, if you feel scared or claustrophobic you can always turn around and walk backwards, but most people that are nervous before the Sea Trek, they are fine once they find out how easy it is to breath and walk underwater.

Are photos included in the price and can I bring my camera?

Yes , you can bring your camera if you can take it underwater. Photos taken by our photography staff are also available for purchase.

How long is the drive?

The journey to Costa Teguise is approximately 15-35 Minutes depending where you're staying.

Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?

Customers shall pay the balance at arrival to our dive center.

In which language is the activity?

The activity is in English, Spanish, German and French and we have instructors for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Do we pick up at private BnB's?

Not exactly, however we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

Where and what time will i get picked up?

We pick-up from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza. Pick up points are in hotels or the next door resort. Pick up starts at an hour and a half before the activity at every resort, tell us where you're staying and we will send you the exact collection time.
