- Balance can be paid in cash or using a credit card on the Excursion before the start of the activity.

- We have instructors that speak English, Spanish, German & French.
- How can I get to the starting point?
- We can book you a taxi service that will drop you off at the starting point.
- How much does a taxi cost?
- This depends where you’re staying:
- Customers staying in Playa Blanca can do the activity in Playa Blanca and the taxi service cost are approximately 5€.
- Customers staying in Puerto del Carmen can do the activity in Puerto del Carmen and the taxi costs are approximately 5-8€.
- Customers staying in Costa Tegiise have to go to Puerto del Carmen, taxi costs are approximately 20-30€.
- NOTE that maximum amount of people a taxi can hold is 8 passengers.
- Are there any public bus services ?
- Yes there are public bus services:
- From Costa Teguise there is a direct line, the bus number 03 takes you to Puerto del Carmen and it takes roughly 40minutes to 1 hour. The bus from Costa Teguise costs around 3€ per person, please consult us at the time of booking and we will forward you all the information needed with the ticket confirmation.
- Is the starting point, walking distance from Playa Blanca Center?
- Yes, it is only 10 minutes walk if you are staying in the centre of Playa Blanca, we recommend those of you that stay at the far ends to get a taxi.
- Is the starting point, walking distance from the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen?
- Yes, the activity speed boats leave from the port or from the harbour.
- What sort of clothes do i need?
- You can go as you please, we recommend swimming costumes and towels in case you get wet.
- Do I land on the sea when Parascending?
- No, our instructors will pull back down to the speed boat.
- Are there any toilet stops?
- Yes, there is toilets on the harbour.
- Do we provide wetsuits?
- Wetsuits are not required for these acticity.
- Is it hard to do this acticities?
- Not at all, you just relax and let our instructors do all the job for you.
- Are the Jetskis hard to ride ?
- Not at all, its just twist and go.
- Is parascending dangerous?
- No, this is a very safe activity although we don’t recommend it to people that suffer from vertigo or are scared of heights.
- What is the minimum age to do these activities?
- The minimum age to do these activities is 8 years old and an adult has to go with the kids.
- Can passenger come on board to watch?
- Yes, anyone is welcome on board, we charge an extra 20€ per person with a maximum of 2 passengers.
