Pick-up: We will pick you up either from your accommodation or the nearest pick-up point.

Cactus Garden: Journey to Guatiza and immerse yourself in the Cactus Garden. Designed by César Manrique, this enchanting garden showcases over 7,000 species of cacti from around the world, seamlessly blending art and nature.
Jameos del Agua or Cueva de los Verdes (Green Cave):
Choose between two captivating options. At Jameos del Agua, explore a lava tunnel that houses a salt lake and rare Albino Crabs. Experience the mesmerizing underground Concert Hall and enjoy the breathtaking garden and blue lagoon.
Alternatively, venture into Cueva de los Verdes, a 6 km long lava tube with an open section for the public. Discover its history and be amazed by a stunning light and sound show, unraveling the secrets of Lanzarote.

Where and what time will I get picked up?
- We have Tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza.
- Pick-up points are in hotels or the next-door resort.
- Pick-up starts at 08:30 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick-up.
How far are the pickup points?
- Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.
Do we pick up at private BnBs?
- Not exactly, however, we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

FAQs

How long are the Excursions?
- The tours last around 8 hours from the time of pick up to the time of drop off, bringing you back around 17:00.
How long will I be on the bus?
- Lanzarote is a tiny island the most time you will be on the bus is only when going from North to south which takes approximately 50 minutes for the customers staying in Playa Blanca.
In which language is the Excursion?
- We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.
Where / when and how can I pay the balance?
- Customers can pay at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using a credit card or cash.
Do I have free time?
- Yes, at every stop we give you at least 15 minutes to enjoy and explore the attractions without any rush.
What sort of clothes do I need?
- You can go as you please, comfortable clothing and trainers are what we recommend. Hats and Sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Wintertime as it can be windy in the morning.
Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?
- Yes, as long as the customers can go up and down the coach and have an assistant they can join the tour without any problems.
Do we stop for food and is it included in the price?
- Yes, we stop at a restaurant where you can enjoy a local tapas buffet with drinks, for an additional 10 € per adult and 5 € for children.
Am I allowed to bring food?
- Yes, of course, take some snacks and drinks especially if you have children.
Are there any toilets?
- Yes, there are toilets at every stop we make.
How big and long are the caves?
- Cueva de los Verdes are a wide connection of Lava Tunnels, it takes a 40-minute hike to complete and it’s not claustrophobic, the ceiling is 10 Meters wide, head over to the photos section to get a better idea.
- NOTE that we don’t recommend customers with reduced mobility to visit the Green Caves but they are welcome to repeat Jameos del Agua cave and perhaps take a moment to enjoy the extraordinary place while having a drink.
Can I swim at the lagoon in Jameos del Agua, Hotsprings or Green Lake?
- No, this is strictly forbidden, the lakes are natural reserves for artistic purposes and display, and the hot springs are too dangerous with high tide and strong currents causing strong waves to crash into volcanic rocks
Are there too many steps to go up to the viewpoint?
- No, no more than 10 steps to go up, our drivers drop off at the most approximate parking which is 2 minutes away.
Are the Volcanoes active and dangerous?
- Yes, Timanfaya is an active volcano that erupted 200 to 300 years ago and now the insides are filled with potable water making it impossible to erupt again for the foreseeable future
How long and how much are the Camel rides?
- The Camel ride costs around 10 euros per person and about 20 minutes of a ride.
