Where and what time will i get picked up?

We have pick-ups from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza. Pick up points are in hotels or the next door hotel if your hotel doesn’t allow pick-up from outside reception. Pick up starts an hour before the scheduled start time of the activity, tell us where you’re staying and pick morning or afternoon and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.

How far are the pick up points?

We normally pick-up outside reception door unless your hotel doesn’t allow it.

Do we pick up at private BnB’s?

Yes, send us your address at the time of booking and we shall pick you up outside the holiday home.

Can I go straight to the port?

Yes, you certainly can, we will send you the GPS location of our office in the port, customers have to be at starting point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

How and when do I pay the balance?

Balance can be paid in cash or using a credit card on the Excursion before the start of the activity.

In which language is the Excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Yes, we stop for a slight break to take photos and have a swim.

What sort of clothes do i need?

You can go as you please, we recommend swimming costumes and towels.

Am i allowed to bring food ?

Yes, of course take some snacks and drinks if you wish although we have beverages and snacks included with pur 2 hours Jet ski Safaris.

Am I guaranteed to see dolphins and whales?

Even though we have a high chance of encounter marine life, we cannot guarantee it.

Are there any toilet stops?

Yes, there are toilets on the harbour.

How long is the transfer on the van?

Depending where you are staying, the longest being 20 minutes drive for those customers that are staying in Playa Blanca or Costa Teguise.

Do I drive the Jet ski and am I free to go where I want?

Yes, you drive the Jet ski but Lanzarote is a Natural Reserve that’s protected therefore we are not allowed to go everywhere, you’d have to follow our support speed boat that will lead you in front and control the traffic so you can enjoy the experience without no worry and safely.

Do we provide wetsuits?

Wetsuits are offered to customers in the winter season.

Are the Jet skis easy to drive?

Yes, its very simple to ride a Jet ski, there’s a turn On and Off button and rev and go. You just have to let go to break or press the reverse.

Is it allowed to swap drivers ?

Yes, it is allowed to swap drivers.

Can kids drive a Jet ski?

Kids that are with the parent on the Jet ski may have a turn to ride under the parent’s supervision.

How fast can I go on the Jet skis?

Our Jet skis can go pretty fast, usually 40 mph to 70 mph, depending on how calm the water is, the amount of wind resistance, and the weight of the passengers.
