Where and what time will I get picked up?

We have tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise. We can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda, and Yaiza. Pickup points are in hotels or the nextdoor resort.

Pickup starts at 08:30 for the morning routes and at 12:30 for the afternoon routes in every resort. Tell us where you’re staying, and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pickup.

How far are the pickup points?

Meeting points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private BnBs?

Not exactly, however, we pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel. Send us your exact location, and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

How and when do I pay the balance?

The balance can be paid in cash or using a credit card on the excursion before the start of the tour.

In which language is the excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German, and French, and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Do I have free time?

Yes, we have a couple of coffee breaks and stops in picturesque spots.

What sort of clothes do I need?

You can go as you please, comfortable clothing, trainers, and a scarf to cover the mouth and nose from dust is what we recommend. Hats and sunglasses for the summer season and a jumper for winter time as it can be windy.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?

Yes, as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant, they can join us.

How long is the transfer on the coach?

Depending on where you are staying, the longest being a 30minute drive for those customers that are staying in Costa Teguise.

Is the excursion offroad?

Yes, 70% of the excursion is offroad.

Do we provide glasses?

No, but all the buggies have a protective glass screen in front.

Are the buggies easy to drive?

These specific buggies are very easy to drive. They are automatic buggies, so you don’t have to worry about changing gears while going up hills. It’s simply accelerate and brake.

Is it allowed to swap drivers?

Yes, it is allowed as long as the passenger has a full driver’s license and has registered and signed the insurance documents prior to the start of the activity.

How fast do we go?

The speed of the excursion varies by groups. There usually is a faster group, and the slower group stays behind. In that case, our guide takes the first position to lead the slower group while the faster group goes in front led by another guide and waits for the rest of the group to arrive at the stop points.
