Where and what time will i get picked up?
- We have transfers from Playa Blanca, Puerto Calero Costa Teguise, Playa Honda and Arrecife.
- Pick up points are in outside the hotel or bus stop/hotel not more than 5 minutes walking.
How far are the pick up points?
- Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.
Do we pick up at private BnB’s?
- Not exactly, however we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.
How and when do I pay the balance?
- Balance can be paid when you get pickedup, we accept card or cash payment.
In which language are the shows?
- The shows are in English.
Can someone with reduced mobility go do this package?
- Yes, certainly our Venue and park are accesible to everyone but its always good to have someone that can help as our hosts are busy receiving customers and performing.

- Pick-up starts at 09:00 in every resort.
- Tell us where you’re staying, and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indications if your hotel doesn’t have pick-up.
How long are we at Rancho Texas Park?
- There’s plenty of time to enjoy at the park; we are there from 10 o’clock until approximately 16:00-17:00 o’clock.
How long will I be on the bus?
- The bus journey to Rancho Texas takes a maximum of 20 minutes.
In which language are the shows?
- The presentations and shows are in English and Spanish.
Where / when and how can I pay the balance?
- Customers can get on the transfer bus with our e-ticket and pay the balance at the entrance to the park.
Can we organize a taxi service to Rancho Texas, and how much would it cost?
- Yes, we certainly can help customers book a taxi service upon request. The taxi cost depends on where you are staying:
- Customers staying in Puerto del Carmen taxi costs are approximately 5€.
- Customers staying in Playa Blanca taxi costs are approximately 40-50€.
- Customers staying in Costa Teguise taxi costs are 20-30€.
Can we get a taxi back to the hotel?
- Yes, certainly, there is a taxi stop right outside the park, and if not, the reception at Rancho Texas can help you call a taxi.
What sort of clothes do I need?
- You can go as you please, comfortable clothing and trainers are what we recommend. Hats and sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy in the morning, swimming costumes and towels for those who wish to go on the slides or have a swim.
Is there anywhere to eat at Rancho Texas Park?
- Yes, there’s an American diner where customers can order drinks and food.
Am I allowed to bring food?
- Yes, of course, take some snacks and drinks, especially if you have children.
Are there any toilets?
- Yes, there are toilets at Rancho Texas Park.
Is it allowed to swim with Sealions or Dolphins?
- Yes, it is allowed if you have a pre-booked interaction. Head over to the activity page and book separately.

How long is the dinner / show?
- The Show lasts approximately 4 hours with Dinner included.
Is the Show children friendly?
- Yes, absolutely the show is adopted to all ages.
Is there any age restrictions for children?
- No, everyone is welcome.
Is dinner included in the price?
- Yes, there is a barbecue buffet with a selection of dishes.
Is there a Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free Menu?
- Yes, we have something for everyone.
Are drinks included?
- Yes, theres an open bar of Sangria, Beer & Soft drinks, spirit drinks are also available on request with an additional fee.
Can I just pay to watch the show?
- Unfortunately no, Dinner is included with show and there are no tickets for only the Show at the moment.
Why dont we offer pick-up in Puerto del Carmen?
- We charge an additional 10€ per person for the Transfers , it is cheaper for Customers to get a Taxi to the Venue which is only a maximum coast of 5€.
Can I walk to the Venue?
- Yes, customers can walk to the Venue if they are close by but its still recomendable to use a taxi service.
Can everyone go on Pony rides?
- No, unfortunately this is only for the little ones.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts approximately 4 hours.
