Where and what time will i get picked up?
- We have pick-ups that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise.
- Pick up points are in hotels or the approximate bus stop.
- Pick up starts at 09:00 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.
How far are the pick up points?
- Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.
Do we pick up at private BnB’s?
- Not exactly, however we do pick-up at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.
Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?
- Customers can get on the transfer bus with our e-ticket and pay the balance at the entrance to the park.

Can I drive to the park?
- Yes certainly, book an open ticket to use any day you desire to go in.
How long are we at Rancho Texas Park?
- There’s plenty of time to enjoy at the park , we are there from 10 o’clock untill approximately 16:00- 17:00 o’clock.
How long will i be in the bus.
- The bus journey to Rancho Texas takes a maximum of 20 minutes.
In which language are the shows?
- The presentations and shows are in English and Spanish.
Can we organise taxi service to Rancho Texas and how much would it cost?
- Yes, we certainly can help customers book a taxi service upon request, the taxi costs depends on where you are staying:
- Customers staying in Puerto del Carmen taxi costs are approximately 5€.
- Customers staying in Playa Blanca taxi costs are approximately 40-50€.
- Customers staying in Costa Teguise taxi costs are 20-30€.
Can we get a taxi back to the hotel?
- Yes, certainly, there is a taxi stop right outside the park , if not the reception at Rancho Texas can help you call a taxi.
What sort of clothes do i need?
- You can go as you please, confortable clothing and trainers is what we recommend. Hats and Sunglasses for the
- Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy in the morning, swimming costumes and towels for thosw who wish to go on the slides or have a swim.
Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour ?
- Yes, as long as they have an assistant and can go on and off the transfer bus they are welcome.
Is there anywhere to eat at Rancho Texas Park?
- Yes, theres an American diner where customers can order drinks and food.
Am i allowed to bring food ?
- Yes, ofcourse take some snacks and drinks especially if you have children.
Are there any toilets?
- Yes, there is toilets at Rancho Texas Park.
Is it allowed to swim with Sealions or Dolphins?
- Yes, it is allowed if you have a prebooked interation, head over to the activity page and book separately.

Do we pick-up in Playa Blanca?
- No, the Waterpark is less than 10 minutes and around 4€ in a taxi, let us know in observations at time of booking if you require any assistance to organise a taxi service.
Can I walk to the Waterpark from Playa Blanca Town?
- Yes, you can, the walk is around 10 to 15 minutes.
Are there any taxis outside the Waterpark?
- No, but the Waterpark reception can assist you with calling a taxi.
How much are the taxi costs to the park?
- This depends where you stay:
- • Taxi service from Costa Teguise costs 60-70€.
- • From Puerto del Carmen it costs roughly 30-40€
- • From Playa Blanca approximately 3-5€.
Where & when do I pay the balance?
- Customers can pay balance at arrival to the park, we accept cash or card payments.
Is there an age restriction?
- No, everyone is welcome and our establishment offers something for all ages.
Are there any height restrictions?
- Yes , children have to reach up to 1.2 meters to be able to go on big slides.
Is the Waterpark accesible to people on wheelchairs?
- Yes, we have adopted our facilities to also accommodate everyone.

- Yes, but they are not allowed on the slides for safety reasons.
