Where and what time will i get picked up?

We have Tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza.

Pick up points are in hotels or the next door resort.

Pick up starts at 08:30 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.

How far are the pick up points?

Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private BnB's?

Not exactly, however we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

How and when do I pay the balance?

Balance can be paid on the day of activity at collection time to our guides, we accept card or cash payment.

In which language is the Excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?

Customers have 2 options , you can either pay in full at the time of booking or you can pay at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using credit card or cash.

Do i have free time?

Yes , in every stop we give you atleast 15 minutes to enjoy and explore the attractions without any rush.

What sort of clothes do i need?

You can go as you please, confortable clothing and trainers is what we recommend. Hats and Sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy in the morning.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour ?

Yes as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant they can join us.

Is there a stop for food & is it included?

Yes, we stop at a restaurant where you can enjoy a local tapas buffet with drinks fpr an additional 13 €.

How long and how much are the Camel rides?

Camel rides are approximately 20 minutes and cost an extra 10 € per person.

Am i allowed to bring food ?

Yes, of course take some snacks and drinks especially if you have children.

Is wine tasting included in the price?

Yes, wine tasting is allowed up to one type of wine per person and you can also purchase a bottle.

Are there any toilet stops?

Yes, there is toilets at every stop we make.

How long is the Excursion?

The tour lasts around 7 hours from the time of pick up to the time of drop off, bringing you back around 16:00 o’clock.

Is it allowed to go in the Green Lagoon or the Hotsprings?

No, unfortunately this is not legal, the Green Lagoon at El Golfo is a Nature reserve and the hotsprings have extremely strong current.

Are the Volcanoes active and dangerous?

Yes, Timanfaya is an active volcano that has already erupted 200 to 300 years ago and now the insides are filled with potable water making it impossible to erupt again for the foreseeable future.

Is swimming allowed at the blue lagoon or the lake in Jameos del Agua?

No, this is strictly forbidden as the lake is a Nature reserve home to very rare little albino crabs and the Blue lagoon is on display for the purposes of art.
