Where and what time will I get picked up?

We have tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise. We can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda, and Yaiza. Pickup points are in hotels or the nextdoor resort.

Pickup starts at 16:30 in every resort. Tell us where you’re staying, and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pickup.

How far are the pickup points?

Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private BnBs?

Not exactly, however, we pick up at your nearest bus stop or hotel. Send us your exact location, and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

In which language is the excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German, and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Where/when and how can I pay the balance?

Customers can pay the balance on the day after collection. We accept credit card and cash payments.

How long are we on the coach?

The journey to Puerto del Carmen is approximately 1520 minutes, depending on where you’re staying.

Can I go straight to the harbor?

Yes, you can go straight to the harbor with a booking and ticket.

How long are you on the boat?

We are on board for approximately 2.5 hours from start to finish.

Are there any shades on the boat?

Yes, all seats on board are under shade.

Are there any toilets on board?

No, there are no toilets on board. We recommend customers to go to the toilet before boarding or wait 45 minutes until we reach Lobos Island.

Is there any music on board?

Yes, we have chillout music on board.

Is it allowed to jump off the boat?

No, this is strictly forbidden for your own safety.

What sort of clothes do I need?

We recommend comfortable clothing, trainers, hats, sunglasses, beach towels, swimming costumes if you desire to swim, and a change of clothes.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?

Yes, as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant, they can join us.

What food is included?

We offer pastries and champagne.

Am I allowed to bring food?

Yes, you can bring food, but we will offer a picnic lunch on this tour.

How long is the excursion?

The tour lasts around 4 hours from the time of pickup to the time of dropoff, bringing you back around 16:00.

Is swimming allowed?

No, we do not allow swimming on this excursion.

Are we guaranteed to see dolphins or whales?

We have very high chances as we have a team of very experienced sailors always looking out with their binoculars to spot any movement in the sea, and we guarantee an 80% chance to see dolphins and whales.
