Where and what time will I get picked up?

We have tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise. We can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda, and Yaiza. Pickup points are in hotels or the nextdoor resort.

Pickup starts at 09:30 in every resort. Tell us where you’re staying, and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.

How far are the pickup points?

Meeting points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private BnBs?

Not exactly. However, we pick up at your nearest bus stop or hotel. Send us your exact location, and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

In which language is the excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German, and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Where/when and how can I pay the balance?

Customers can pay the balance after collection time, payment can be done using a credit card or cash.

How long are we on the coach?

The journey to Puerto del Carmen is approximately 1520 minutes depending on where you’re staying.

Can I go straight to the harbor?

Yes, you can go straight to the harbor with a booking and ticket.

How long are you on the boat?

We are on board for approximately 4 hours.

Yes, Water Activities are included in the price.

What Water Activities are offered?

There are slides on the catamaran, mats and inflatables on the sea, and Kayaking. Bring your own snorkels as we aren’t allowed to offer you any due to Covid19 restrictions.

Are there any shades on the boat?

Yes, there are plenty of shades that get opened up and closed.

Are there any toilets on board?

Yes, there are toilets on board this Catamaran.

Is there any music on board?

Yes, we have Chillout music on board. Sometimes we even get people up dancing.

Is it allowed to jump off the boat?

Yes, when the boat has docked and water activities are activated, the slides will be opened, and you may also jump into the sea. Alternatively, there’s a ramp from where you can walk into the sea.

What sort of clothes do I need?

We recommend comfortable clothing, hats, sunglasses, beach towels, swimming costumes if you desire to swim, and a change of clothes.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?

Yes, as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant, they can join us.

What food is included?

We serve a local traditional Paella made with rice and vegetables. Seafood and meat are cooked separately and added on top if customers desire. We also give the option of a simple pasta with tomato sauce.

Any dietary requirements?

Are drinks included?

Yes, drinks are included for all you can drink, and we offer a selection of Sangria, Beer, and nonalcoholic beverages. There’s also a welcome Mojito served after you board the boat.

Am I allowed to bring food?

Yes, you can bring food, but you also have snacks and freshly cooked lunch served on board.

How long is the excursion?

The tour lasts around 6 hours from the time of pick up to the time of drop off, bringing you back around 16:00 o’clock.

Is swimming allowed?

Yes, you have plenty of time to go in for a dive.

Can I go to the beach?

No, it’s not recommended due to strong current but you can consult with guides if it’s safe to kayak.
