Pick-up: We will pick you up either from your accommodation or at the nearest designated pick-up point.

- Our first stop will be at the remarkable Cueva de Los Verdes. This 6km long lava tunnel offers an unforgettable experience. Although we can explore only 1km of the tunnel, you will still have the opportunity to connect with Mother Earth. As you venture through the tunnel, you’ll be treated to a captivating light and sound show that showcases the history and secrets of Lanzarote. Learn about the origins of the cave’s name and discover the hidden wonders within.
Jameos del Agua cave:
- Next, we will visit the enchanting Jameos del Agua cave. Here, you will witness an
- Underground salt lake, which serves as the habitat for unique and fascinating subterranean white crabs. Created by the renowned artist Cesar Manrique, Jameos del Agua combines art and nature seamlessly. Timanfaya National Park:

Board our Biosfera boat and start cruising 40 minutes to Lobos Island:
- As you step aboard the Biosfera, our exciting journey begins towards Lobos Island, following the dolphins’ route in search of marine life sightings. Keep your eyes peeled for these magnificent creatures as we navigate the sparkling waters.
Visit the natural beauty Lobos Island
- Explore the breathtaking and uninhabited Lobos Island at your own pace. Spend 2 hours swimming in its crystal-clear lagoons, enjoying a picnic lunch, and immersing yourself in its natural beauty.
Cruise in search of dolphins and whales:
- After your time on Lobos Island, we set sail on the Biosfera in search of dolphins and whales. We make a special stop to greet these magnificent creatures before returning to Puerto del Carmen Harbour.
Return to the harbour and get dropped off at collection point:

Where and what time will i get picked up?
- We have Tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza.
- Pick up points are in hotels or the next door resort.
- Pick up starts at 08:30 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.
How far are the pick up points?
- Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.
Do we pick up at private BnB’s?
- Not exactly, however we do pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.
In which language is the Excursion?
- We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.
Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?
- Customers can pay the balance at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using credit card or cash.

How long is the Excursion?
- The tour lasts around 8 hours from the time of pick up to the time of drop off, bringing you back around 18:00 o’clock.
How long will i be in the bus.
- Lanzarote is tiny island the most time you will be on the bus is only when going from North to the south which takes approximately 50 minutes.
Do i have free time?
- Yes , in every stop we give you atleast 15 minutes to enjoy and explore the attractions without any rush.
What sort of clothes do i need?
- You can go as you please, confortable clothing and trainers is what we recommend. Hats and Sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy in the morning.
Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour ?
- No, there’s a 40 minute walk on this trip and stairs at the Mirador del Rio viewpoint, head over to our Grand Tour for this option.
Do we stop for food and is it included in the price?
- Yes, we stop at a restaurant where you can enjoy a local tapas buffet with drinks, for an additional 13 € per adults and 7 € for children.
Am i allowed to bring food ?
- Yes, ofcourse take some snacks and drinks especially if you have children.
Are there any toilets?
- Yes, there is toilets at every gstop we make.
How big and long are the caves?
- Cueva de los Verdes are a wide connection of Lava Tunnels, it takes a 40 minutes hike to complete and it’s not claustrophobic, head over to the photos section to get a better idea.
Can I swim at the lagoon in Jameos del Agua?
- No, this is strictly forbidden, the natural lake is home to rare albino crabs and the blue lagoon at the Kings Garden is there for an artistic purpose and display.
Are the Volcanoes active and dangerous?
- Yes, Timanfaya is an active volcano that has already erupted 200 to 300 years ago and now the insides are filled with potable water making it impossible to erupt again for the foreseeable future.
Are there to many steps to go up to the viewpoint?
- No, no more than 10 steps to go up, our drivers drop off at the most approximate parking which is 2 minutes away.

How long are we on the coach?
- The journey to Puerto del Carmen is approximately 15-20 Minutes depending where you’re staying.
Can i go straight to the harbour?
- Yes, you can go straight to the harbour with a booking and ticket.
How long are you on the boat?
- We are on board for approximately 3 hours.
Are there any shades on the boat?
- Yes, all seats on board are under shade.
Are there any toilets on board?
- No, there are no toilets on board , we recommend customers to go to the toilet before boarding or wait 45 minutes untill we reach Lobos Island.
Is there any music on board?
- Yes , we have Chilout music on board.
Is it allowed to jump off the boat?
- No, this is strictly forbidden for your own safety.
What sort of clothes do i need?
- We recommend comfortable clothing , hats, sunglasses, beach towels, swimming costumes if you desire to swim and a change of clothes.

- Yes, theres one restaurant in Lobos Island, which is by the beach, ideal to visit for a drink and relax by the sea although there are no shops as the island is a protected reserve.
Is swimming allowed?
- Yes , certainly, Lobos offers crystal-clear lagoons where can take a refreshing bath.
Are we guaranteed to see dolphins or whales?
- We have a very experienced sailors always looking out with their binoculars to spot any movement in the sea and we guarantee 80% of chance to see dolphins and whales.
