Where and what time will i get picked up?
- Pick up points are in hotels or the next door resort.
- Pick up starts at 09:00 in every resort, tell us where you’re staying and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up.
How far are the pick up points?
- Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.
Do we pick up at private BnB’s?
- Not exactly, however we do pick up at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.
In which language is the Excursion?
- We have tours in English, Spanish, German and French and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.
Where / when and how can i pay the balance ?
- Balance is paid at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using credit card or cash.

Do i have free time?
- Yes , we have a couple of coffee breaks and stops in picturesque spots.
What sort of clothes do i need?
- You can go as you please, confortable clothing, trainers and a scarf to cover mouth and nose from dust while 9n the buggies tour, swimming outfits, towels and a change of clothes for the boat trip is what we recommend. Hats and Sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy.
Can someone with reduced mobility do this activities ?
- Yes as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant they can join us.
Am i allowed to bring food ?
- Yes, ofcourse take some snacks and drinks although you have lunch included with pur Boat Cruise.
Do we go to the Volcanoes?
- No, its illegal to visit the national park on buggies but we do pass by the outskirts and you can admire the views.
Are there any toilet stops?
- Yes, there is toilets stops at the Marina and at Lanzarote Karting.
How long is the transfer on the coach?
- Depending where you are staying, the longest being 45 minutes drive for those customers that are staying in Playa Blanca.
Is the Buggy Excursion off-road?
- Yes , 70% of the Excursion is off-road and.
Do we provide glasses?
- No, but all the buggies have protection glass screen infront.
Are the buggies easy to drive?
- These specific buggies are very essy to drive , they are automatic buggies so you don’t have to worry about changing gears while goin up hills its simply accelerate and break.
Is it allowed to swap drivers ?
- Yes, it is allowed so long as the passenger has a full drivers licence and has registered and signed the insurance documents prior to the start of the activity.
How fast do we go?
- Speed of the Excursion varies by groups, there usually is a faster group and the slower group stays behind in which case our guide takes the first postion in order to lead the slower group while the faster group goes infront led by another guide and waits for the rest of the group to arrive at the stop points
How long are we on the coach to reach the port?
- The journey to Puerto Calero is approximately 15-20 Minutes depending shere you’re staying.
How long are you on the boat?
- We are on board for approximately 4 hours.

- Yes, all Water Activities are included in the price.

- This boat trip offers Kayaks, Stand-up paddle, snorkeling equipment, Jetski, Banana boat and Crazy donut rides.

- Yes, the minimum age to get on the banana boat and Crazy Donut rides is 8 years old, minimum age to ride Jetski alone is 16 years old and minimum age to drive a buggy is 18 years old with driving licence , minimum age for passengers on Buggy and Jetski is 8 years old.
Are there any shades on the boat?
- Yes, there’s plenty of shades.
