Where and what time will I be picked up?

We offer tours starting from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise, with additional pickups available in Arrecife. Pickups are typically at hotels or nearby bus stops. Pickup times are at 08:30 for morning tours and 12:30 for afternoon tours. Please provide your accommodation details, and we will send you the exact pickup time and location, with GPS coordinates if your hotel does not have a designated pickup point.

How far are the pickup points?

We pick up directly outside every accommodation.

Do you pick up at private B&Bs?

While we do not pick up directly from private B&Bs, we do pick up at the nearest bus stop or hotel. Send us your location, and we will provide GPS directions to the closest pickup point within walking distance.

How and when do I pay the balance?

The balance is payable in cash or by credit card on the day of the excursion, before the tour starts.

In which languages is the excursion offered?

Our tours are available in English, Spanish, German, and French. Please select your preferred language and check the available days.

Do I have free time during the excursion?

Yes, there are several coffee breaks and stops at picturesque locations throughout the tour.

What sort of clothing should I wear?

Transfer times vary depending on your accommodation, with the longest transfer being about 30 minutes from Playa Blanca.

Is the excursion off-road?

Yes, approximately 50% of the excursion is off-road, and the other 50% is on paved roads. For a more extensive off-road experience, consider our 2-seater buggy tours.

Do we provide glasses?

No, but all buggies are equipped with a protective glass screen in front.

Are the buggies easy to drive?

Yes, these buggies are automatic and very easy to drive, requiring only acceleration and braking without the need to change gears.

Is it allowed to swap drivers?

Yes, driver swapping is permitted as long as each driver has a full driver’s license and has completed and signed the insurance documentation before the tour begins.

How fast do we go?

The speed of the excursion varies by group. There is usually a faster group and a slower group; the latter follows behind with our guide leading, while the faster group moves ahead under the guidance of another guide and waits at designated stops for the rest of the group
