Where and what time will i get picked up? We have pick-ups from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza. Pick up points are in hotels or the next door hotel if your hotel doesn’t allow pick-up from outside reception. Pick up starts an hour before the scheduled start time of the activity, tell us where you’re staying and pick morning or afternoon and we will send you the exact collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick up. How far are the pick up points? We normally pick-up outside reception door unless your hotel doesn’t allow it. Do we pick up at private BnB’s? Yes, send us your address at the time of booking and we shall pick you up outside the holiday home. How and when do I pay the balance? Balance can be paid in cash or using a credit card on the day before the start of the activity.

Can I go straight to the starting point? Yes, you certainly can, we will send you the GPS location of our starting points, customers have to be at starting point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Do I drive the buggy? Yes, customers drive their buggy and follow our guides that will lead the way. Is it allowed to swap drivers during the buggy tour ? Yes, drivers need to have full drivers license. How long is the buggy tour? The buggy tour lasts 2 hours from the starting point. Do we go off-road? Yes, 70% of the tour is on off-road trails. Are there any stops and breaks? Yes, we have a few stops at viewpoints so that you can take some photos and enjoy the spectacular views of the island. Is Diving hard? Not at al, we have all the equipment that is easily managed to make the experience very easy. Can I dive even if I get panick attacks? We have had people with panic attacks that have done diving with us, and as we teach you step by step you will be confident enough to complete the try dive. How long is the dive? All dives take a maximum of 45 minutes. Do the instructors dive with you ? Yes each group has 2 instructors that dive with them. What sort of clothes do i need? You can go as you please, we recommend swimming costumes and towels, and trainers to drive the buggies. Are there any toilet stops? Yes, there are toilets on the harbour and at dive center. Are there any sharks on the sea? No, absolutely not , sharks don't swim at shallow coasts therefore we dont have sharks in Lanzarote. How long is the transfer on the van? Depending where you are staying, the longest being 20 to 30 minutes drive. Do I drive the Jet ski and am I free to go where I want? Yes, you drive the Jetski, and you have to stick within the circuit thats marked, for more freedom head over to the Jetski Safaris section. Do we provide wetsuits for the Jetski ride? Wetsuits are offered to customers in the winter season. Are the Jet skis easy to drive? Yes, its very simple to ride a Jet ski, there’s a turn On and Off button and rev and go. You just have to let go to break or press the reverse. Is it allowed to swap drivers to ride the Jetski? Yes, it is allowed to swap drivers. Can kids drive a Jet ski? Kids that are with the parent on the Jet ski may have a turn to ride under the parent’s supervision. How fast can I go on the Jet skis? Our Jet skis can go pretty fast, usually 40 mph to 70 mph, depending on how calm the water is, the amount of wind resistance, and the weight of the passengers.
