Where and what time will I get picked up?

We have tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise. We can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda, and Yaiza. Pick-up points are in hotels or the next-door resort.

How far are the pick-up points?

Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Do we pick up at private B&Bs?

Not exactly, however, we pick up at your nearest bus stop or hotel. Send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.

How and when do I pay the balance?

The balance can be paid in cash or using a credit card on the Excursion day before the start of the tour.

In which language is the Excursion?

We have tours in English, Spanish, German, and French, and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.

Yes, we have a couple of coffee breaks and stops in picturesque spots.

What sort of clothes do I need?

You can go as you please, comfortable clothing, trainers. Hats and sunglasses for the Summer season and a jumper for Winter time as it can be windy.

Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?

Yes, as long as the person is able to go up and down the coach and has an assistant, they can join us.

Is there a stop for food & is it included?

There's a stop for snacks and coffee but not a proper meal, and it is paid separately.

Am I allowed to bring food?

Yes, of course, take some snacks and drinks, especially if you have children.

Do we stop at the vineyards?

No, there is no stop at the vineyards.

Do we go to the Volcanoes?

No, we journey along the outskirts of the Volcanoes so you can admire the picturesque landscape.

How long is the transfer on the coach?

Depending on where you are staying, the longest being a 30-minute drive for those customers staying in Costa Teguise.

No, these trikes aren't built for off-road trails. Head over to our Buggy tours to drive off-road.

Are the Spyders easy to drive?

If you are used to driving, you will be okay. The driving experience is just like driving a normal car.

Is it allowed to swap drivers?

Yes, it is allowed as long as the passenger has a full driver's license and has registered and signed the insurance documents prior to the start of the activity.

No, it's strictly forbidden to swim in the Green Lake.

The speed of the excursion varies by groups. There is usually a faster group, and the slower group stays behind. In this case, our guide takes the first position to lead the slower group, while the faster group goes in front led by another guide and waits for the rest of the group to arrive at the stop points.
