In which language is the excursion?
We have tours in English, Spanish, German, and French, and guides for different nationalities. Please tick your language and check the available days.
Where / when and how can i pay the balance?
Customers have 2 options , you can either pay in full at the time of booking or you can pay at collection time, to our guides, payment can be done using credit card or cash.
Where and what time will i get picked up?
We have Tours that start from Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, we can also pick up in Arrecife, Playa Honda and Yaiza.
Do we pick up at private BnB’s?
Not exactly, however we pick at your nearest bus stop or hotel, send us your exact location and we will provide you GPS indications to your nearest walking distance bus stop.
How far are the pick up points?
Meeting Points tend to be within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance if not across the road.

Pick-up starts at
08:30 in every resort. Tell us where you’re staying, and we will send you the exact
collection time with GPS indication if your hotel doesn’t have pick-up.
Do I have free time?
Yes, at every stop, we give you at least 15 minutes to enjoy and explore the
attractions without any rush.
What sort of clothes do I need?
We recommend comfortable clothing, hats, sunglasses, beach towels,
swimming costumes if you desire to swim, and a change of clothes.
Can someone with reduced mobility do this tour?
Yes, as long as the person is able to go up and down
the coach and has an assistant, they can join us.
Is there a stop for food, and is it included?
Yes, you have food included, which will be freshly made upon our arrival at La Graciosa and served hot with a selection of plates and drinks.
What food is included?
We serve a local traditional Paella made with rice and vegetables. Seafood and
meat are cooked separately and added on top as per customers’ desires. We also give the option of a simple pasta with
tomato sauce.
Any dietary requirements?
Please contact our customer service or leave a comment in the notes at the
time of booking.
Are drinks included?
Yes, drinks are included for all you can drink, and we have a selection of
wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
How much free time do I have at La Graciosa?
We will give you 2 hours for your leisure in La
Graciosa. This is enough time for a swim and to relax on the beach.
Am I allowed to bring food?
Yes, of course. Take some snacks and drinks, especially if you have
children.
Are there any toilet stops?
Yes, there are toilets at every stop we make.
How long is the excursion?
The tour lasts around 7 hours from the time of pick-up to the time of
drop-off, bringing you back around 16:00 o’clock.
How long are you on the bus?
The excursion is on and off the bus. The most time spent on the bus is
40 minutes.
How long is the ferry to La Graciosa?
The ferry takes around 30-35 minutes each way to and from La
Graciosa.
Is swimming allowed?
Yes, you have plenty of time to go to the beach, dive in, relax on the golden
sand, and catch a bit of sun.
Are there any restaurants and bars at La Graciosa?
Yes, there are a few beach bars and restaurants.
